Fellow

adoptees Only

I’m a TRA intercountry adoptee from Indonesia to Sweden. I host bodymind movement and creative art sessions tailored for adult adoptees only.

The focus of these sessions is the exploration of our adoptee journeys through guided movement, visual art and writing. These group sessions are designed to give adoptees permission to ask difficult questions, hold the things known and the things unknown, as well as embody to the stories carried in our bones without judgement.

These spaces are my commitment to supporting fellow adoptees in reclaiming our voices and reshaping the narrative.
