Fellow

adoptees Only

I host bodymind movement and creative art sessions specifically tailored for adult adoptees only to explore their adoptee journey through guided movement, art and writing. These group sessions are designed to give adoptees permission to ask difficult questions, hold the things we know and the things unknown, and embody to the stories carried in our bones.

I also provide personalized 1:1 sessions aimed at fostering adoptee well-being and creativity.

These spaces are my commitment to supporting fellow adoptees in reclaiming our voices and reshaping the narrative.

I’m currently taking a break from Adoptees Only workshops & events due to travels to my birth country 2024-2025. You can follow along in my blog HERE. Once I’m back state side I’ll return to hosting workshops for adoptees.

With that being said, if you have any questions in regards to my work, please contact me directly.
